About Me

Hi! I'm Beth Ross. I'm a statistician specializing in ecological applications. Throughout my career, I've collaborated with state and federal agencies, NGOs, and other conservation-focused organizations. I am happiest when I'm working in a team environment with a diverse group of folks to find solutions to conservation problems. I have worked on a range of projects from sea turtles to migratory birds.

While statistics, data science, and data visualization are all important skills I've acquired, I find that communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is critical for a successful co-developed product. I strive to communicate findings so that they are accessible for project partners and laypersons.
